A Vegetarian

Many people, like me, that vegetarians are a homogenous group, which not only consume meat. However, this is far from the truth, because there are different categories of vegetarians as diverse as the reasons for always vegetarian, in the first place.

A vegetarian is generally defined as a person who does not eat meat. However, a person who is a vegetarian might consume dairy products like milk, eggs and cheese. A lacto ovo vegetarian does not consume meat, fish or poultry but eat eggs, milk or cheese. A lacto vegetarian consumes milk and cheese, but do not eat eggs.

A vegan is a person who does not eat animal products, or product, including dairy foods. They eat only vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals and legumes. Plus no animal products, such as leather. Vegans also do not use white sugar because it is often with a substance derived from bones to know that sugar.

There are several categories in the vegetarian community. For example, eating fruit, as the name suggests only consume fruits. Their principle is that the fruit, including fruits such as tomatoes, are self-perpetuating and should not be planted around the source of food. They believe that it is a way of consumption, most in balance and harmony with the earth, and in particular of course.

All those consumed cooked vegetables, fruits and legumes. There is also a movement towards the development consumes only raw foods or living. This is based on the assumption that the process of cooking food, it loses most of the essential nutrients out of it. The most restrictive is achieved with diet, training them. So you are sure to capture all the essential proteins and vitamins that you need to make health, especially when the muscles and cardiovascular health.
